Your Team Already Does
Human AI Work

Human AI isn't robots acting like humans. It's humans using AI tools—with validation architecture that keeps it secure and compliant.

I'm a Human AI Validation Architect. I design systems that let AI assist your team without creating security disasters or compliance nightmares. Spent 20 years proving it in parking operations. Patented it for hospitality. Now I architect it for you.

20 Years: AVPMi Parking Systems
2020: Patented for Hospitality
7 Years on "TIME OUT"

What Is Human AI?

It's not artificial intelligence trying to be human. It's humans using AI as a tool—the way we always have.

Your employees are already "Human AI systems." A developer writes code (human intelligence creating automated logic). An accountant builds spreadsheets (human intelligence processing data). A lawyer researches cases (human intelligence analyzing information).

Now they have better tools. AI can draft the code, process the spreadsheet, research the cases. But the human still validates, decides, and takes responsibility.

Human AI = Human Intelligence + AI Tools + Validation Architecture

The AI assists. The human validates. The architecture ensures it's secure, auditable, and compliant.

This is what I've been building for 20 years. Whether it's a valet validating that AI identified the right car, or your analyst validating that AI generated the right report—it's the same principle.

The validation layer is what most companies skip. They deploy the AI tool without the architecture that makes it safe. That's the problem I solve.

The Full Story

2004: I founded AVPMi to solve a security problem in parking operations. When AI identifies a vehicle, how do you ensure the valet validates it before moving it? When a customer requests their car, how do you confirm they're actually authorized?

The architecture I built: Every AI action validated against an authentication registry. AI identifies → human validates → system logs everything. Simple principle, but it had to work flawlessly because one mistake means the wrong person drives off with someone else's $80,000 car.

2004-2018: We deployed this Human AI system across airports, hotels, hospitals. Hilton, Marriott, Stanford Medicine, Miami International Airport. Twelve countries. Thousands of daily operations. The system worked because humans stayed in the critical validation layer.

2018: I sold AVPMi. The business was profitable, the architecture was proven, and I was ready for something different. I went sailing. My boat's name says it all: TIME OUT.

2018-2020: During that time out, I kept thinking about the validation problem. I realized the same architecture that worked for parking would work for hotel voice services—guests ordering room service, requesting valet, calling housekeeping. Same principle: authenticate the user, validate the request, log the transaction.

2020: I was awarded US Patent 10,580,098 B2 for "Voice Activated Hotel Room Monitor"—the same Human AI validation architecture, applied to hospitality.

Here's what I realized:

  • • The validation problem is universal
  • • Every industry deploying AI tools faces it
  • • Most companies are solving it from scratch (or not at all)
  • • I've already debugged it over 20 years in production

2025: I'm back. Not to build another parking company or launch a hotel product. I'm here to help you implement the Human AI validation architecture that actually works—the one I spent 20 years proving in parking, then patented for hospitality, and now adapt to whatever you're building.

The principle is proven. The patent is granted. Now let's apply it to your operations.
